Fernway faced the need to completely rebuild its HR function to support its ambitious growth plans. The existing HR processes, technology, and staffing were not aligned with the company's future goals, and they required a comprehensive overhaul to create a scalable, efficient HR operation.


Our Task:


Fernway came to iSkout to lead the rebuild of their entire HR function.  iSkout responded by implementing a PMO and Fractional CHRO office.  

The iSkout PMO then worked systematically across People, Process and Technology siloes to redeploy an optimal HR function to support aggressive growth plans.

iSkout implemented a new ATS, deployed a refined HR Process and led all Recruiting efforts for the firm including staffing the new HR function.  

iSkout also launched an internal Executive Search function that led the confidential rebuild of the Field Sales force and corporate Marketing functions for the firm.
