TalentFusion played a pivotal role in creating the RPO space, which has grown into the large and mature industry we know today. After a successful run, TalentFusion was acquired by Monster in 2014. We expanded our capabilities while with Monster, and even after Randstad's acquisition of Monster in 2017, our model and impact remained.
